Anorexia

It is an eating disorder among youths. According to various American studies, anorexia is an illness suffered by most young people.
The major cause of Anorexia is the act of seeking for perfectionism i.e. pushing oneself to have a perfect physical appearance, the pressure to maintain a trimmed shape as described by social media and getting preoccupied with maturity and growing features.

Mood and psychotic disorders occur as a result of having fear of social rejection and a distorted body image. The effect of anorexia can be damaging, from cardiovascular problems to endocrine system issues and internal organ disorder.
